Mount an ISO Image under AIX
- Create a new logical volume
- # mklv -y cdlv -s n -L /dev/cdlv rootvg 4814M <hdisk#>
- Create a pseudo-device to copy the image to
- # dd if=<iso image> of=/dev/cdlv
- Mount the logical volume like a cd/dvd device
- # mount -v cdrfs -o ro /dev/cdlv /mnt/iso
Mount an ISO Image under Linux
- # mount -o loop <iso image> <mount point>
